Nick Stauffer currently works as a Senior Training & Development Specialist.  In his most recent  role, Stauffer spearheaded change management strategy development and implementation across the company’s global digital transformation and marketing initiatives.  This included impacting a team of more than 1,000+ employees within the marketing department through virtual training sessions, local communications and the creation of an interactive playbook used within the team's marketing sphere.  Stauffer previously worked as a Community Outreach and Social Responsibility manager at GivePulse, Inc., a social impact platform.  In this role, he developed his skills as a training & development leader; facilitating product demonstrations, training sessions development and implementation, client acquisition and onboarding, as well as a range of sales responsibilities.
