Resume & CV
Collaboration is a powerful way to support creativity since it includes open-ended and improvised interactions that can produce emergent and unexpected results. While the benefits of collaboration are clear from its role in modern society, the dynamism of collaboration make it difficult to operationalize in co-creative systems (i.e. computational systems that collaborate with users on a shared creative product). In this talk, I describe a human-centered approach to the design and evaluation of co-creative systems using multiple research methods, including empirical studies, technical probes, and theoretical models of collaboration.
