At Newtown High School, we believe in the transformative power of computer science (CS) education. We recognize that the study of CS builds critical thinking and logical reasoning skills, and encourage students of all skill levels to participate in a number of courses meant to provide positive, engaging learning experiences.

With an ever-growing range of applications from artificial intelligence to robotics, cybersecurity, web development and beyond, we pride ourselves on giving our students the tools necessary for an increasingly digital future. 

You don't have to pursue computer science in the future to benefit from a computer science education! Regardless of what they pursue after high school, all of our CS students benefit from the skills they've learned and apply them in the real world.
