Summer Internship Description

NHEO’s mission is to foster entrepreneurship and social innovation among Hispanics through mentoring, networking and education. NHEO provides its entrepreneurs with the world-class support they need to achieve the greatest impact, in collaboration with Ben Craig Center business incubator and Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte.

Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a smart, energetic student to take the lead on several high impact projects for NHEO. In this role, you will work closely with NHEO management team to establish a formal business plan for this nonprofit organization.

The main objective of our Internship Program is to help students enhance their overall skill sets to improve their employability level to match industry expectations, as well as teach them more about what it takes to work in a highly and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

NHEO partners with top universities that encourage and inspire a student's entrepreneurial spirit. Students will practically learn how to:

NHEO Summer Internship program is ideal for a self-starter with or desiring experience in non-profit and entrepreneurial education. Must be able to effectively handle multiple situations simultaneously and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
