Groundwater Training
The school system is partnering with the community to sponsor a REI Groundwater Training February, 20, 2020 at the Bridge Church.
Team is Planning Racial Equity Discussion Series Launch
Monthly face to face facility conversations for people who have gone through Phase 1 Race Equity Training. Focus will be to continue the conversation of Race and Equity in the district grounded in commitment to gain clarity about how racism is organized, how it is often hidden from our view, and how to work to disrupt its powerful influence. The group meets monthly on the fourth Monday of the month.
Race Equity Phase I Training
The school system is hosting a training on March 19-20.
The REI Phase workshop presents a historical, cultural, structural and institutional analysis. REI believes that organizations often work for equity with multiple understanding of racism that rely more on personal feeling and popular opinion.
