King Arthur is a well-known flour brick-&-mortar outpost featuring a bakery & a cafe, plus an adjacent retail store.
A breakfast pastry platter with coffee and juice will be available at arrival time. Participants will enter the classroom at 8:45 AM.
Topic for AM session is Pizza Perfected. King Arthur has come up with techniques to rival any pizza you can buy. You'll hand-stretch dough, top and bake pizzas, and get information on simulating a brick pizza oven at home.
Lunch is included with the registration cost and is from 12-12:45 PM. Participants will eat what is prepared in the morning session for lunch to help keep the cost down. A complimentary salad will also be offered. Lunch will be in the cafe. Participants will enter the classroom at 12:45 PM for the afternoon session.
Topic for PM session is Fruit Hand Pies. Come create the perfect portable dessert. King Arthur will guide you through making the dough and seasonal filling, and you’ll go home with the fruit of your labor!
