Ngoc-Minh Nguyen is the Research Director at the Development and Policy Research Center (DEPOCEN) in Vietnam. She currently leads the research design, implementation, and sampling for the project "Adapting to the AI Revolution: A Gender-Responsive Skilling Framework for Workers Aged 40 and Over," part of the FutureWORKS Asia initiative funded by Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC). Additionally, she serves as the co-lead for the "Value Chain Structures and Firm Practices" work package within the project Climate Change Mitigation in Agroforest Landscapes through Sustainable Sourcing Policies (CAFSUS), funded by the Danida Fellowship Centre.
Ngoc-Minh earned her PhD in Economics from the University of Nantes. Her expertise lies in development economics and social network analysis, with a specific focus on social capital and production chain linkages.
