Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods and ESMT Berlin

I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn and a Visiting Researcher at ESMT Berlin.

As a researcher at the intersection of strategy, organization design and behavioral economics, my work focuses on two primary themes. First, I study various ways in which algorithms make changes to organizations, shaping the future of work. Second, I am interested in questions of diversity and inclusion, and how digital innovations can help to improve the well-being of minority groups.

I use an array of methods in my research, including (but not limited to) agent-based simulations, game-theoretic models, lab experiments, applied econometrics and social network analysis.  I also use natural language processing models and other AI techniques to enrich my research with big data.
