The 2023 UALP Appreciation and Appointment Ceremony was organised by UTAR Division of Programme Promotion (DPP) on 1 February 2023 to celebrate the appointment of 2023 UTARambassadors as well as commemorate the accomplishments by 2022 UTARambassadors.
Invited to conduct the workshop was Amateur Shogi Player, 1 Dan and Italian Shogi Federation Special member Ng Teck Sen. He is also acknowledged as the Best Author of International Shogi Magazine (ISM) and the winner of the World Shogi League (WSL) 2019.
