REGION 7 JPIA’S PURPOSE
National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants- Region 7 is a regional youth organization of Accountancy students that aims to promote:
Fellowship and Solidarity
Academic Excellence
Socio-Civic and Cultural Consciousness
Moral Integrity
The council aspires to instill camaraderie, unity, and competency of accounting students within the region through the following:
Lay out events that ensures harnessing the full potential of its members, academically and non-academically;
Provide socio-civic projects that lets members perceive the sense of belongingness amidst adversities brought by this pandemic;
Relay relevant information and raise awareness through webinars;
Encourage members’ participation in promoting solidarity through conventions; and
Establish strong ties among the community, firms, and other organizations.

Embodying the rich tagline of the new federation year, we bring you; HAGKUMLAY- Hagit, Kumbati, Layag.
Hagit as we defy all challenges, Kumbati as we conquer for greatness, and Layag as we sail to excellence. As our perpetual aspiration to be the center of virtuous holistic excellence of the Central Visayas, the HAGKUMLAY Federation intends to improve the overall JPIAn experience, as well as providing the Region 7- JPIA members the service they deserve.
