The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, innocuousness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by the Service, and any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user, independent of the NFC Pro. If the damage is caused to the NFC Pro or a third party as a result, the user shall pay compensation in accordance with the law.
3. The services provided by the NFC Pro may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display advertisements provided by the NFC Pro and third-party suppliers and partners during use.
