ZAM Apps Studio ("we," "our," "us," or "the Developer") operates mobile applications, games, wallpaper utilities, contact management tools, and digital customization software (collectively referred to as "the Application" or "our Applications") on the Google Play Store.
This Privacy Policy applies universally to all applications published under our developer account. It explains how we access, collect, use, and protect your information when you download, install, and interact with our Applications.
1. Absolute Privacy Guarantee & Data Handling
On-Device Data Processing: We prioritize user privacy. The majority of application functionalities, contact edits, wallpaper settings, and local media processing occur strictly on your local device.
Zero Sale of Personal Data: We do NOT sell, trade, rent, harvest, or lease your personal identifying information or contact details to any third parties.
Minimal Data Access: We only request permissions and access data that are strictly necessary to deliver, maintain, and improve the features you explicitly use.
2. System Permissions & Technical Declarations
Depending on the specific feature set of each Application published under ZAM Apps Studio, our Applications may request the following system permissions:
A. Contact Management Permissions
READ_CONTACTS & WRITE_CONTACTS:
Purpose: Enables reading from and writing to your local device address book.
Usage: Used strictly for applications that offer contact management, custom ringtone assignment per contact, dialer features, or photo-to-contact customization. Your contacts list is accessed locally on-demand and is never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any external server.
B. Storage & Customization Access
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE:
Purpose: Grants access to local device media storage (on supported Android versions).
Usage: Enables saving downloaded wallpapers, exporting contact backups, or selecting gallery photos for app themes/wallpapers.
C. System Settings & Wallpaper Setup
SET_WALLPAPER: Allows the Application to apply selected background images directly to your home screen or lock screen.
WRITE_SETTINGS: Enables modifying system settings (such as setting custom ringtones, notification tones, or display brightness) as requested by the user within the app interface.
D. Network & Connectivity
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the Application to access internet connectivity to load online wallpaper assets, fetch non-personal ad content, verify billing transactions, and report anonymous crash metrics.
3. In-App Purchases & SubscriptionsOur Applications may offer auto-renewing subscription plans or one-time in-app purchases to unlock premium features, wallpaper collections, or ad-free experiences.Payment Processing: All payments, transactions, and billing services are handled exclusively and securely via Google Play Billing. ZAM Apps Studio does not directly collect, handle, process, or store your credit card, debit card, or financial account details.Subscription Management: You can view, manage, or cancel active subscriptions anytime directly through your Google Account settings:Google Play Store App $\rightarrow$ Profile Icon $\rightarrow$ Payments & Subscriptions $\rightarrow$ Subscriptions.
4. Third-Party Advertising & Analytics SDKs
The free versions of our Applications integrate trusted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to serve advertisements and monitor app performance. These third parties may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information (such as Advertising ID / GAID, IP address, device model, and OS version):

You can manage or opt out of personalized interest-based advertising via your mobile device settings (Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Reset/Delete Advertising ID).
5. Log Data & Diagnostics
If an unexpected error or crash occurs while using our Applications, anonymous diagnostic data ("Log Data") may be collected via integrated third-party tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics). Log Data may include details such as your device model, operating system version, internal app configuration at the time of the crash, and precise stack traces. This data is utilized solely to fix technical bugs and optimize app performance.
6. In-App Prominent Disclosures & User Consent
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies:
Explicit In-App Disclosures: Before requesting high-risk or sensitive permissions (such as Contacts or Storage write access), our Applications display an explicit In-App Disclosure screen explaining why the permission is needed.
User Control: Access to sensitive features is granted only after you explicitly tap "Allow" or "Agree".
Permission Revocation: You can revoke any granted permission at any time through your device settings (Settings -> Apps -> [Application Name] -> Permissions).
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Applications are not directed toward children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us through third-party SDKs without consent, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt action to remove such data.
8. Data Retention & Account / Data Deletion Policy
Retention: Because ZAM Apps Studio does not collect, host, or transmit personal user data to external remote databases, we retain no remote user records.
Deletion: All local user configurations, saved wallpapers, custom settings, and app data can be deleted instantly by clearing app storage (Settings -> Apps -> [Application Name] -> Storage -> Clear Data) or by uninstalling the Application from your device.
9. Security
We value your trust in using our Applications. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for data transmitted between our Applications and third-party SDK endpoints. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to align with updated legal regulations, technical enhancements, or Google Play Developer Policy changes. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
