Welcome to NextSend. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of NextSend mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing or using NextSend, you agree to accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using this application.
NextSend provides three file transfer solutions:
Nearby App Transfer: Peer-to-peer transfer between devices with NextSend installed on the same Wi‑Fi.
Local Web Transfer: Share files to receivers via web browser on the same Wi‑Fi; no app installation required for receivers.
Cloud Link Share: Generate remote share links over the internet. Free cloud links expire automatically after 3 days.
Advanced sharing features are available under NextSend Premium subscription.
You bear full responsibility for all files you upload, send or share via NextSend. You shall not transmit illegal, infringing, violent, harmful or unauthorized content.
All intellectual property rights of NextSend remain owned by us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute or resell the application without written authorization.
NextSend offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions:
Weekly Premium: $19.99 (3-Day Free Trial available for first-time subscribers)
Monthly Premium: $39.99
Annual Premium: $99.99
Your Apple ID will be charged after the 3-day free trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before trial expiration. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours prior to renewal. No partial refunds will be granted for unused subscription periods. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
NextSend is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted transmission. We are not liable for interrupted transfers, file loss, network failures or third-party service defects. We reserve the right to adjust service limits, perform maintenance or temporarily suspend services.
We may revise these Terms of Service. Material changes will be notified within the application. Your continued use of NextSend after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
