You can use core file transfer functions without creating an account. We do not require email addresses, phone numbers or identity information for basic usage.
Local network discovery information exists temporarily on your device during Wi‑Fi transfer and will not be uploaded to our servers.
Files uploaded to generate cloud share links are stored temporarily. Uploaded files will be permanently deleted after the corresponding link expires.
Anonymous crash logs and usage statistics may be collected to improve app stability; you may disable this collection in Settings.
We do not collect location data unless explicitly permitted by you.
Collected data is only used to deliver file transfer functions, maintain service stability and prevent abuse. We never sell your uploaded files or user information to any third parties.
Local transfer history is saved locally on your device. File history records for free users may be cleared periodically. Cloud stored files will be erased after link expiration. Premium users enjoy extended history retention subject to service rules.
You may contact support to request deletion of relevant data. Residents protected under CCPA, GDPR and similar privacy regulations hold corresponding legal rights.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment information. We cannot access your credit card or billing details.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Major revisions will be announced inside NextSend.
