This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all Premium subscribers.
All subscriptions are auto-renewable and processed via Apple In‑App Purchase:
Weekly Premium: USD 19.99. First-time subscribers receive a 3-Day Free Trial.
Monthly Premium: USD 39.99
Annual Premium: USD 99.99
The 3-Day Free Trial offer is limited to first-time subscribers only. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not wish to continue the subscription, you must cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges. Cancellation can only be completed in your Apple ID Subscriptions page.
After trial or active billing cycle ends, your subscription will automatically renew. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date at the current listed price. We reserve the right to adjust pricing; active subscribers will receive advance notice for price changes.

Free users have transfer quota limits. All free cloud links expire after 3 days and cannot be extended. Link renewal, password protection and custom expiry settings are Premium exclusive functions.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store account settings. All refund requests must be handled directly by Apple following App Store policies. We cannot process refunds manually.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Premium access if you violate the Terms of Service. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
