These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NextLook mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by the app publisher (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable end user license agreement (EULA). Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you must have parent/guardian permission.
The Service may offer AI-powered features such as:
Hairstyle and hair color try-on
Makeup try-on and beard styles
Face shape and color analysis (including seasonal color suggestions)
Face swap / face replacement (where available)
AI photo and/or video generation
No Professional Advice. The Service is provided for personal styling/entertainment purposes only and does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
AI Outputs. AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not match real-life results. You are responsible for how you use results.
To use certain features, you may upload or submit photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that:
You own your User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it; and
You have obtained consent from any person appearing in your User Content (including for face swap/face replacement).
You may not upload content that violates law, infringes rights, or is harmful (see Section 9).
You grant Provider a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify (e.g., resizing/format conversion), and display your User Content only as needed to provide and improve the Service, including generating outputs you request.
Some features require sending User Content (which may include personal data) to third-party AI service providers to perform processing and return results.
By enabling AI processing (including face swap and AI photo/video generation), you acknowledge and agree that:
Your User Content may be transmitted to third-party processors, including Replicate and Perfect Corp (YCE / yce.perfectcorp.com), solely to provide the requested functionality.
We will request your explicit permission in-app before sharing your content with third-party AI providers when required.
Details about what data is shared, how it is used, and retention/deletion timeframes are described in our Privacy Policy.
If you do not grant permission, you may not be able to use features that require third-party processing.
Our collection, use, sharing, and retention of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If there is a conflict, the Privacy Policy governs privacy and data handling matters.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or share content that is:
Illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or exploitative
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or involving minors
Violent, encouraging self-harm, or otherwise unsafe
Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Intended to impersonate, deceive, or defraud others (including non-consensual face swap)
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Certain features require a paid subscription (e.g., Plus/Pro). Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal occurs unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Restore Purchases is available in-app where applicable.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for operational, safety, legal, or business reasons.
To protect service quality and prevent abuse (especially for compute-intensive AI features such as video generation), we may apply reasonable technical controls such as rate limits, concurrency limits, or temporary throttling. These controls may change over time.
The Service (excluding User Content) including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks is owned by Provider and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service except as permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, suitable, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or safety reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Provider’s jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
