This Privacy Policy explains how Next G Games (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile applications (“Apps”) published on the Amazon Appstore.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Apps are designed to function without collecting personal data. We do not store, sell, share, or request personal information from users.

We do NOT collect, store, or process:

- Personal information (name, email, phone number, age)

- Login or account data

- Photos, media, or files from your device

- GPS or precise location

- Device identifiers or advertising IDs

- Cookies, tracking data, or analytics statistics

- Payment information

- Social media data

There are no ads, no analytics, no in-app purchases, and no login services in our Apps.

2. Age Verification (Amazon Requirement)

Some Apps include the Amazon Age Verification API (getAge API) as required by Amazon.

Purpose:

- To determine if the user is a child or adult for compliance

We receive:

- A general age category (example: “child” or “not child”)

We DO NOT receive:

- Exact age

- Birthday

- Identity documents

- Personal profile information

We do NOT store, save, or transmit this age data. It is used only during the session and only to apply allowed feature access.

3. Local Device Data

Minimal data may be stored only on your device to save game settings or progress.

This data:

- stays on the device

- is never sent or accessible to us

- can be removed by uninstalling the App

4. Children’s Privacy

We follow COPPA, GDPR-K, and global children’s privacy laws.

- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

- No login, ads, or data collection occur in child experiences.

If you believe personal data was shared accidentally, contact us.

5. Internet Usage

Our Apps generally work offline. If online features are used, no personal data is transmitted to us.

6. Third Parties

We do NOT use:

- Advertising networks

- Analytics services

- Firebase or cloud databases

- Third-party SDKs that collect personal data

The only third-party interaction is the Amazon Age Verification API described above.

7. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store data, there is no risk of personal data breach or misuse from our systems.
