NEX Player allows users to play video content from internet URLs provided directly by the user.

The app uses internet access only to stream content requested by the user. We do not monitor, collect, store, or share any streaming URLs or playback activity.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to access and stream any content.

Playback History and Preferences

To improve user experience, NEX Player stores limited data locally on the device, including:

• Playback progress

• Recently played videos

• App settings and preferences

• Library organization data

This data is stored only on the device and is not transmitted externally.

Notifications and Background Playback

NEX Player uses foreground service and notification permissions to support:

• Background video playback

• Media playback controls

• Ongoing playback notifications

These permissions are used only for playback functionality.

Purchases

NEX Player may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features.

All payments are securely processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Advertising

NEX Player does not display any advertisements.

We do not use advertising networks, tracking tools, or advertising identifiers.
