Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the [Nexlo] mobile application operated by [SHENG LUN NETWORK CO., LIMITED]. 

## 1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Application. 

## 2. License We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms. 

You agree you will not: 

- Decompile, reverse‑engineer, disassemble, modify or create derivative works of the App 

- Copy, distribute, rent, sell or sublicense the application 

- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, infringing activity 

- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service 

## 3. User Accounts 

If you create an account in our App: 

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account 

- You must provide accurate and complete information 

- You must be at least the minimum legal age to use this service, or obtain parental consent if you are a minor. 

## 4. User Conduct 

When you use our service, you agree NOT to: 

- Post, transmit or share unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene or infringing content 

- Upload viruses, malware or other harmful code 

- Violate any applicable local, national or international law 

- Violate third‑party rights including copyright, trademark, privacy rights 

## 5. User‑Generated Content (UGC, remove if no UGC) 

If our app allows users to publish, upload or share content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display and distribute your content to provide our service. 

## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The Application is provided on an "AS‑IS" and "AS‑AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the app will be error‑free, uninterrupted, secure or fit for your particular purpose. 

## 7. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application. 

## 8. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. 

## 9. Children Safety & CSAE Commitment 

We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We implement content moderation, user reporting mechanisms, age‑appropriate controls and will cooperate fully with relevant law‑enforcement authorities for suspected child‑harm incidents. ## 10. Modification of Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be published on our official page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
