Nexel Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Smart Live TV, M3U Player (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you add a playlist, play media, use the App, view advertisements, purchase a subscription, or contact us.

Smart Live TV, M3U Player is a player for playlists that users choose to add. The App does not include preloaded playlists, channels, or media content. You find a playlist URL outside the App and enter it yourself. The App requests that URL to load the playlist and connects to the relevant media source when you select content to play.
The App does not support Xtream account login or casting. We do not provide or control the playlists or media sources you add. You are responsible for using sources that you are authorized to access.
A subscription provides the App benefits described on its purchase screen. A subscription does not provide a playlist, channels, or access rights to third-party content.
When you add a playlist, the App processes its URL and the information returned by that source to display its available entries. The playlist information you add is retained on your device so that the playlist remains available when you close and reopen the App. The “Recent” area displays playlists you have added; it is not a viewing-history feature.
According to the App’s current implementation, Nexel Software does not receive or store the playlist URLs you enter on its servers, and those URLs are not sent to the App’s analytics or crash reporting services. The App does not provide features for saving viewing history, favorites, or electronic program guide (EPG) data.
A playlist URL may contain an access token or other credential. Keep such URLs private. When the App requests a playlist or stream, the source you chose may receive your IP address, the requested URL, and technical connection details. A token included in the URL may be transmitted to that source as part of the request.
The App collects the following categories of data, as reflected in its Google Play Data safety disclosure:
App interactions: Information about how you interact with the App.
Device or other identifiers: Identifiers used in connection with App functionality, analytics, or advertising.
Crash logs: Information about App failures.
Diagnostics: Technical information used to understand and address App performance or other issues.
These categories may be used for App functionality, analytics, and advertising or marketing purposes. The information is not limited to data that directly identifies you by name. A device identifier or IP address may still be associated with a particular device or user.
If you contact us, we also receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. Please avoid sending playlist URLs containing credentials or private access tokens in a support message unless necessary.
We use information to:
Retrieve and display playlists from URLs you enter;
Connect to a media source when you choose to play content;
Keep your added playlists available when you reopen the App;
Provide and maintain App features;
Diagnose crashes, connection problems, and performance issues;
Analyze App interactions and improve the App;
Display and measure advertisements where applicable;
Verify and provide subscription benefits;
Respond to messages you send us; and
Protect the App and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, the basis depends on the activity. It may include providing the App functions you request, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted by law, or your consent where required.
The App uses services for advertising, analytics, and crash or performance reporting. These services may collect App interactions, device or other identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, and related technical information for the purposes described above. Where required by applicable law, we request consent for processing that requires consent.
Users without the relevant Premium benefit may see advertisements in the App. Premium stops advertisements from being displayed as described on the purchase screen. It does not necessarily stop advertising or analytics SDKs from collecting the data described in this Privacy Policy. Information may also be processed to verify that your Premium subscription remains active.
You may be able to manage advertising preferences through controls available in the App or your device settings. Limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related or analytics processing.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
The App offers optional subscriptions through Google Play. Google Play handles payment processing, renewals, and cancellations under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
The App checks information necessary to determine whether you have an active subscription and to provide the relevant Premium benefits. We do not receive your full payment card number. According to the App team’s review, the subscription feature does not introduce an additional category of collected user data beyond the categories disclosed for this App.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account. Clearing App data or uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription.
Playlists and streams you choose are provided by parties independent of Nexel Software. When the App requests a playlist or stream, the source and any services used to host or deliver it may receive the requested URL, your IP address, and technical information needed to deliver the response.
We do not control those providers’ content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review the terms and privacy policies of sources you choose to use.
Playlists you add remain available when you close and reopen the App. Added playlists are removed from the App when you clear its data or uninstall it, subject to any backup and restoration settings on your device.
Clearing App data or uninstalling the App does not automatically remove data that has already been collected by services used for advertising, analytics, or diagnostics, or information received by an independent playlist or media provider. It also does not cancel a subscription.
Information collected through App services may be retained for the time needed to operate those services, diagnose problems, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and service provider.
The App does not provide a separate mechanism for users to request deletion of data already collected outside their device. You may email admin@nexeltechcom.com with questions about your information or to exercise any rights available to you under applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. Data collected by the App is encrypted in transit, as stated in the App’s Google Play Data safety disclosure. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
A playlist URL may contain an access token or credential. Protect it as private information. The security of a connection to an independent playlist or media source also depends on the methods supported by that source.
Services used to operate the App may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for transfers under our control. Independent playlist and media providers are responsible for their own processing practices.
You choose whether to enter a playlist URL and which media source to use. You can remove added playlists through available App controls or by clearing the App’s data. You can manage available advertising choices and your subscription through the relevant App, device, or Google Play controls.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law concerning personal information. To ask about such rights or this Privacy Policy, email admin@nexeltechcom.com. Requests concerning information held independently by a playlist or media provider should be directed to that provider.
The App is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, email admin@nexeltechcom.com so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
