Use BizNex for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Upload malicious software or harmful content.
BizNex assists in managing business records.
Users are solely responsible for verifying:
Invoices
Tax calculations
Inventory records
Ledger balances
Financial reports
NEXAAR Labs is not responsible for business losses resulting from incorrect user-entered information.
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued.
BizNex may automatically receive updates that improve functionality, performance, and security.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and content remain the property of NEXAAR Labs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXAAR Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of BizNex.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
