BizNex Business is a billing, inventory, purchases, ledger, and shop-management app for Indian shop owners.

BizNex Business may store the following information entered by the user:
shop profile details
business address and contact details
fixed app support contact used for in-app support requests
customer details
supplier details
product and inventory records
bills, purchases, returns, estimates, and trade documents
expense records
payment reminders, communication history, and payment receipts
support requests created from the in-app support screen
In the current version, BizNex Business primarily stores business data locally on the user's device. Users can also create local backups and restore those backups within the app.
Cloud synchronization is not enabled by default in the current release unless a future version explicitly adds and discloses that feature.
The app uses stored data to:
create bills, purchase records, returns, and estimates
manage inventory and stock insights
show reports, business summaries, and GST-related export helpers
prepare payment reminders and payment receipts
prepare support requests for email, copying, or sharing
schedule local reminder notifications if the user enables them
BizNex Business does not automatically send business data to a remote server by default in the current release.
Data may be shared only when the user intentionally performs an action such as:
sharing a PDF bill, receipt, estimate, or report
sharing or copying a support request
opening an email draft from the support screen
opening a WhatsApp or payment-sharing flow
If future releases introduce cloud sync, compliance APIs, payment gateways, or WhatsApp automation, this privacy policy must be updated before public rollout.
If the user enables reminder notifications, the app may schedule local device notifications for reminder queues and business alerts. These notifications are generated on the device.
The app can store payment-related business details such as UPI ID, bank details, payment receiver name, and payment receipts entered by the user.
BizNex Ad-free subscriptions are offered through Google Play Billing. Google processes subscription purchases and manages payment information under Google's own privacy policy. BizNex receives purchase status information needed to activate or restore Ad-free access but does not receive or store the user's full card or bank payment details.
Release builds use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and basic technical diagnostics such as app version, device/operating-system information, and crash traces. This information is used to identify and fix reliability problems. Business records entered in BizNex are not intentionally attached to crash reports.
When a user opens the Help and Support section and submits a support issue, the app may:
store the support request locally on the device for history and resend
prepare an email draft
allow the report to be copied or shared manually
The content of a support request depends on what the user enters.
Business data remains on the device until the user edits, deletes, restores, or removes the app data. Users can manage their data by:
editing or deleting records in the app
creating backups
restoring backups
uninstalling the app and clearing device data
BizNex Business stores data locally and relies on the device's own security features, such as screen lock and device permissions. Users should protect access to their device and backups.
BizNex Business is intended for business use and is not designed for children.
This privacy policy may be updated when features or integrations change. The published privacy policy URL and in-app disclosure should always reflect the current production behavior of the app.
