Newtown Fighting Order to Turn Over Police Officer
The Newtown Township Manager, Kurt Ferguson, spoke about the Township's decision to appeal an order from the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records stating that inmates in prison have the right to information about police officers, including their home addresses and previous employment locations.
