New Roots CSA

New Roots is looking for 25-50 employees of a local business in the greater Salt Lake City & Draper interested in receiving a weekly vegetable delivery, or CSA share.

What is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and is a partnership between local farmers and you, the hungry customer. At the beginning of the growing season (May), the customer makes a monetary commitment to their farmer and in return receives a weekly share of organically grown produce throughout the growing season - June to October. The monetary commitment enables the farmer to receive the support when it is necessary, at the beginning of the season: allowing them to invest in their season’s crops, purchasing seeds, materials and tools necessary for that year. The customer receives the benefits having fresh healthy produce every week grown by a farmer that they know and trust—a farmer who can respond to feedback, adapt to the needs of their community, and grow food for the people.

The New Roots CSA will run for 20 weeks from June to October 2019 with weekly deliveries of produce right to your workplace.
