Hey, I'm Oliver — A hybrid fitness coach who's been hooked on building strength since I was 12.
Back then, I was figuring out home workouts on my own and jumping at every chance to hit the school gym. By 17, I was qualified to work on the gym floor, sharing what I'd learned and quickly noticing something important: most beginners felt anxious walking into a gym for the first time. That sparked my mission—to break down those barriers and make fitness approachable, welcoming, and effective for everyone.
Over the past 7 years in the health and fitness industry, I've worn a few hats: Personal Trainer, GP Referral Instructor, and Oncology Exercise Specialist. These roles have let me create tailored, evidence-based programs for a wide range of people—from total newbies to those managing specific health conditions. I've completed specialised courses along the way to ensure the guidance I give is safe, proven, and truly effective.

What's included?
In person, hybrid or fully online!
Personal training should be on your terms and everybody fancies a different approach to their fitness goals. I offer in person coaching, solely online or a mix of the two. All three of the 3 services are adapted and personalised with my guidance to ensure you smash through your objectives safely and effectively.
Nutritional guidance
Reaching your health and fitness goals require a a solid diet, you are what you eat, after all. I will understand exactly the foods you enjoy and ensure you consume the most nutrient dense meals along with macro guidance to help meet your goals. It isn't all about calories and protein, you want to ensure a variety of micro nutrients are being consumed to ensure optimal overall health.
Personalised fitness plans
You'll receive workout routines which fit around your work and personal life, all on a calendar to keep things organised. You'll see video demonstrations of each exercise, along with my advice on sets, reps and rest. You can expect 3 workouts per week on to your calendar, I believe 3 sessions per week is the sweet spot to encourage results, balance and recovery.
Access to a dedicated fitness app
Once signed up, I will send you a unique link to gain access for a premium fitness coaching app which allows me to over see and create bespoke fitness plans with tools designed to optimise the service. You will have access to a personalised calendar with habit tracking, programme setting and also a 24/7 messaging service with your dedicated fitness coach, me.
Check ins
Through the fitness app, you can expect frequent check ins with me to ensure everything is up to scratch for your weekly workout routines.
Education
I am not here to simply instruct exercise routines, I want to give you the option to pick at my brains and build your own knowledge!
Which service suits you?
In person - In person coaching can be great if you have the flexibility for it in your schedule. It allows you to have a real in person oversight to your exercises for your own piece of mind. I recommend those that may need extra care to focus only on in person sessions.
Hybrid - Hybrid training consists of usually 1 in person session per week, bi weekly or monthly. It is a great way for me to re assess you along your journey. You will have full access to the TrueCoach app allowing you to train in your own time whilst I am not there and still have a full calendar of professionally designed personalised sessions.
Online - Being fully online is the most cost effective way of training whilst having me in your pocket 7 days a week. You will receive 3 workouts per week, set on a calander to fit completely around your busy schedule. Personal training has adapted over the years and not everybody feels the need for a coach to workout with them each time.
Frequently asked questions
Online access - You have the option to pay £35 per week or £129,99 per month
In person sessions - All in person sessions are £38.50 each but buying blocks of 5 or 10 are cheaper.
No, you will receive the weekly or monthly service which you selected and can opt to leave whenever. Fully flexible.
Yes, you can receive 1 week free per referral, equivalent to £35.
Bristol is where I am located for in person or hybrid training. Solely online can be anywhere!
