Quarterly Reports are submitted by Chapter Presidents

You must have an Access Code to submit a Chapter Quarterly Report : contact erogers@esctu.org

  2. Chapter Name: Is a Dropdown click on Down Arrow and select Your Chapter
  3. Form Submitted by: Enter your First Name and Last Name
  4. Financils: Balance in Chapter Account/Budgeted Expenses/Budgeted Income
  5. Membership: YTD Active/Expired/Lapsed/New
  6. Status of Chapter Board: (Open Positions)
  7. Board Meetings Next Quarter: Date/Time/Location/NA if no meeting scheduled - Needed for Planning Council Visits
