Attention Parishioners and Website Visitors from previous Legacy Websites
JULY 2025
Over the last year, a dedicated committee with members from both Catholic parishes of Oak Park has been working diligently to create a new combined website. This integrated website will support the Catholic Communities of Oak Park and Neighbors, the name we use when we refer to our two parishes as a unique faith community.
The decision to develop an integrated website for both parishes was driven by our shared ministries, which include the Spirit and Light Collaborative, Migrant Ministry, The Neighborhood Bridge, Faith and Fellowship, and others. As distinct parishes, we have taken great care to ensure that the identity, culture, and offerings of each parish are thoughtfully represented.
The new website, linked below, launched on July 1, 2025, and replaces the two legacy websites/domains (https://www.ascensionoakpark.com - https://stgilesparish.org). This website is a work-in-progress, and we will continue to add content and updates.
As you begin to explore the new website, please share your feedback with us. We hope it reflects the vibrant, welcoming spirit of our Oak Park Catholic communities.
