ID Cards

To get your Chabot Faculty ID Card go to the Student Online Services office on the first floor of Building 700. You will need:

• A valid photo ID (driver's license, state issued ID, or a passport)
• Your W number

The staff will take your photo and print your ID card right then. Keep in mind that the Student Online Services office is very busy helping students register, pay fees, etc. near the beginning of the semester so there may be a line.
