Initial Set-Up

First, complete and submit the Faculty Hiring Packet. After your hiring packet has been processed the administrative assistant for your division will get your email account set up and contact you when it is ready. Follow up with the administrative assistant for your division if you have any questions about your individual email account.

logging in - on campus

Your office will have a desktop computer with Outlook installed. After logging in to your computer you will have access to your email through Outlook.

The password used to log in to your desktop computer is the same password you use to log in to the Outlook Web App. Passwords must be changed periodically and once a password is changed it will be changed in both locations.
