Background

This project started because there is a river that surrounds New Caledonia that lead into the ocean near the ice caps. Some wanted an easy way of transportation from the inner city into the ocean. Since this a transportation issue the NCTA will lead this project. There have been some bumps in the road so NCTA had to bring outside help. NCTA are middle of recreating lights and signs to direct you where to go. At the Mayberry River Dock NCTA has setup ultimate oak boats to allow anyone to use the river free of any costs. NCTA's ultimate goal is to allow player to use all forms of transportation: roads, minecarts, and boats (for now). As of now we are just planning for boats to allow the citizen of New Caledonia to have better way of travel.
