Gregory Goyle: A resident of Slytherin House and friend of Draco Malfoy. Never turns down food. Enjoys playing the role of beater in Quidditch and picking on those who don't match his idea of what a wizard should be. He does whatever Draco Malfoy tells him to do no matter the cost or what it is. He's never seen without food, Draco, and is a follower of Voldemort who will do what he can to protect the future he wants.
Draco Malfoy: Slytherin House bad boy. Thinks he's better than everyone. Will do whatever it takes to win and be the best. Feels guilty sometimes when things go too far but won't let that show. Wants to do the right thing, but is pulled in the wrong direction for fear of going against his father and his friends. Always seen with friends, candy, and a book of spells. He knows that Voldemort wants his help to rule the world.
Ron Weasley: Carefree friend of Harry Potter. Struggled with magic early on, but Hermione has helped him improve. Loves his family and would do anything for his friends. Cares more about having fun and enjoying life than his studies. Very protective of everyone he cares about and will do what is needed to keep them safe. Scabbers, his rat, is a constant companion as are Harry and Hermione and he usually has candy and tricks from Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. Ron wants to keep Voldemort's rise to power at bay.
Hermione Granger: Resident know-it-all of Hogwarts. She excels at every spell and potion she attempts. Can be seen studying when not in class. Sometimes overthinks things instead of just going with the flow like Ron and Harry. Prefers to have well thought out plans. Connects with Harry since they are both from the Muggle world. Crookshanks, her cat, is often not far away and she always has a book, a pencil, and three erasers. Hermione wishes to keep her parents safe from Voldemort's evil magic.
Harry Potter: Known as "The Boy Who Lived". Harry was famous before he could talk. It is his job to stop He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named and he doesn't want to put his friends in danger to do it. He is a fierce protector and comes about magic naturally. He's okay with bending the rules if it allows good to happen. Hedwig, Harry's owl, follows Harry to deliver mail, and Harry never forgets to bring his invisibility cloak, a picture of his parents, and the Marauder's Map.
