Never is intended as a self-improvement tool and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Never app complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Never offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases.
Available subscription plans may include:

Subscription prices may change in the future. Any price changes will apply only to future subscription periods as determined by Apple.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
If you have previously purchased a subscription, you may restore your premium access using the Restore Purchases option within the App.

Never cannot approve or deny refunds for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchases.

Attempt to bypass subscription or premium features.
Never includes an AI-powered recovery coach.
The AI Coach is designed to provide motivational guidance and educational information only.
AI-generated responses:
May not always be accurate.
Should not be considered medical advice.
Should not replace professional healthcare or counseling.
Users are responsible for their own decisions based on AI-generated content.
Never is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.
The App is intended solely for educational, motivational, and self-improvement purposes.
