This information is stored locally using an on-device database and is not uploaded to Never's servers.
Never includes an AI-powered recovery coach.
When you use the AI chat feature:
Your messages are securely sent to Google Gemini to generate responses.
Your conversations are processed only to provide AI responses.
Never does not permanently store your AI conversations on its own servers.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in AI conversations.
Never offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases.
Current subscription options include:
Weekly Subscription = $2.99
Yearly Subscription = $29.99
Subscription management, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple.
Never app uses RevenueCat to securely verify and manage subscription status.
Never does not collect or store:
User accounts
Email addresses
Passwords
Phone numbers
Contacts
Photos
Videos
Location data
Advertising identifiers
Your recovery information is stored locally on your device.
If you uninstall Never app or clear the application's data, your locally stored information may be permanently deleted.
Unless otherwise stated, Never app cannot recover deleted local data.
Never app uses the following third-party services:
Used to generate AI chat responses.
Your messages are transmitted to Google Gemini only when using the AI Coach feature.
Used to verify subscription purchases and premium access.
Used to securely process subscription payments.
These services operate under their own privacy policies.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Although no system can guarantee absolute security, Never app is designed to minimize data collection by keeping most information stored locally on your device.
Never app is not intended for children under the age of 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address the issue appropriately.
Never app is designed to support healthy habit building and personal recovery.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.
Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or mental health concerns.

Delete your local data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.
Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Restore previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore Purchases" feature.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted within the App, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
