This information is relevant only for those who wish to enroll in master's and doctorate programs at NEUST Graduate School. For undergraduate programs, please communicate with your respective colleges or the Office of Admission and Registration (OAR). 2. Learning Modality

For lecture, laboratory, and research time, we have made efforts to schedule our programs outside of regular working hours, such as in the evenings, on Saturdays, or Sundays.

For inquiries regarding online, face-to-face, or blended modalities, please message your program chair. The contact information of program chairs is available below.

Last semester (1st Sem 2025-2026), we implemented blended modality in our learning strategies. Blended learning combines both face-to-face and online or remote classes and activities. In certain situations, the university may also transition to online classes in case of natural disasters or emergencies on campus. Our campus is located in Sumacab, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, and can be accessed through this Google Maps link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/8Q2BaPgX84GuEyTs7.

3. Enrollment Qualification and Requirements

Admission Qualifications

An applicant must be a graduate of an aligned or allied bachelor's degree (for those enrolling in a master's program) or an aligned or allied master's degree (for those enrolling in a doctorate program) from CHED-recognized Higher Education Institutions. Bridging courses are also available.
Must have maintained good academic standing throughout the previous program. For Master’s program, the applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree with a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85%* or equivalent. For Doctorate program, the applicant must have a Master’s degree with a GWA of at least 85%* or equivalent.
Must have passed the Graduate School’s General Proficiency Test (GS-GPT). To be announced separately.
Applicants to a Professional Track Doctoral Program (EdD) must have a minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience related to the field or specialization being applied for.

*Applicants with a general weighted average below the required admission grade may be conditionally admitted, subject to satisfactory academic performance evaluation before formal acceptance.

Admission Requirements

Duly accomplished online application with a passing score in the Graduate School General Proficiency Test (GS-GPT).
Original or authenticated Transcript of Records with GWA Computation or Certification.
Two (2) Graduate Admission Recommendation Form from former professors or supervisors.
For the Doctoral Professional Track (EdD), a Certificate of Employment, business documents, or any valid proof of work experience must be submitted to verify the enrollee’s professional background.
For transferees, applicants must submit course descriptions for subjects to be accredited (signed by the Dean or Registrar of the previous school), a Certificate of Good Moral Character, and a Certificate of Honorable Dismissal.
Returning students must submit an approved leave of absence and a letter requesting readmission.
Foreign or international students seeking admission to the Graduate School must submit their academic documents for assessment by the Program Chair and the International Relations Officer (IRO) of the University.

4. Enrollment Process

The enrollment process is fully online.

AFTER ENROLLMENT, please join our Facebook Community Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/neust.gs) to find the email addresses of your professors. The names of your professors will be available in your iOES account 2 days before the start of classes. Your professors will also try to contact you through your enrollment email.

5. Enrollment Request, Approval, Verification, and Waiting Time

For ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION by the enrolling teacher, please wait 2 to 3 working days (during enrollment period). If you don’t receive feedback after this period, please contact us at gs@ineust.ph.education

For COMPRE EXAM ENROLLMENT, please visit the NEUST Graduate School Facebook page and look for the post about the COMPRE Timeline. It usually takes about one month to release the list of exam qualifiers. The COMPRE coordinator will also send you an email regarding the result of your application. If you have concern regarding the comprehensive exam, please email us at gs.compre@ineust.ph.education

For SUBJECT REQUEST & OFFERINGS CONCERN, please email your program chair and discuss your concern with them. All requests should be in an official letter addressed to the NEUST Graduate School Dean, Dr. Jocelyn B. Cruz, through your program chair for approval. You may send this request to your program chair OR to the GS email: gs@ineust.ph.education. After approval, if you are not yet enrolled, please wait 2 to 3 days for the new subjects to fully reflect on the iOES portal before starting the enrollment process. If you are already enrolled, please wait for the adding and dropping request link to be posted on our Facebook page. Allow 2 to 3 working days for the approval of your request. The request link is usually posted on our FB page after the enrollment period.

For PAYMENT VERIFICATION, please wait at least 2 to 3 days for your payment to reflect if made through Landbank LinkBiz Portal. Ensure that you have uploaded proof of payment, such as screenshots, to your iOES account. If you have other concerns regarding your payment or balances, please email the NEUST Accounting Office at neustacc@gmail.com

DURING ENROLLMENT, if you do not see any subjects, it means that the schedule and subject offerings for your program have not yet been uploaded. Please wait 2 to 3 days and check again to see if the subject offerings are now available in your account.

6. Subject Adding and Dropping Request

To request changes in your enrollment, please wait for the announcement on the NEUST Graduate School Facebook page regarding the opening of the request link. This is usually posted after the enrollment period. Through that link, you may request to add or drop subjects from your enrollment.

Allow 2 to 3 working days for the approval of your request. You only need to monitor your account for any changes, which will indicate that your request has been approved. If the timeline is exceeded and there are no changes in your account, it means there is an issue with your request, such as schedule conflicts, prerequisite subjects, or other concerns.

During enrollment, if you do not see any subjects, it means that the schedule and subject offerings for your program have not yet been uploaded. Please wait 2 to 3 days and check again to see if the subject offerings are now available in your account.

7. Accidentally Enrolled Subjects or Didn’t Continue the Enrollment

If you accidentally enrolled in subjects that you do not need, you may request to change subjects after the enrollment period, provided that you have not paid any initial amount to make your registration officially enrolled.

If you selected subjects and pre-registered but did not continue the enrollment process or make any initial payment, you may request the deletion of your registration to remove unofficial balances. To do this, write an official request letter addressed to the Graduate School Dean, Dr. Jocelyn B. Cruz, explaining why you did not continue the enrollment process. Include your name, program, school year, semester of enrollment, and the reason for not continuing. Submit the request letter to your program chair or to the Graduate School email at gs@ineust.ph.education.

Please allow 3 to 5 days for processing. If approved, the change will be reflected in your iOES account.

9. Estimated School Fees

For Master's Degree: P400.00 per unit

For Doctorate Degree: P500.00 per unit

*You can enroll a maximum of 12 units per semester

13. Grades & Schedule Inquiry or Viewing

Grades and enrollment information, including subject offerings, schedules, and the names of professors, can be accessed through your iOES portal account at enroll.neust.edu.ph

If you need to request the opening of a specific subject or course, please contact your Program Chair.

14. Request any School Records/Certifications OR Student Record Concern

You can request your school records, certifications, or any student credentials from the Office of Admission and Registration (OAR).

16. Years of Completion of Graduate School Programs

Master's Degree Program: 2.5 to 3 Years
Doctorate Program: 3 to 5 years

17. Transferee

Wait for the enrollment period and prepare the necessary requirements. An original copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR) with appropriate remarks is one of the primary requirements for transferees. Please secure a request slip from NEUST-OAR to send to your previous school for your TOR. Only up to 12 units can be credited from the subjects you completed at your previous school. Be sure to review and check the program curriculum for the course you plan to take.

18. Payment Channels

You have only two options to pay your fees: through the NEUST Cashier (available at different campuses) OR via the Landbank Link.BizPortal website.
Landbank deposits and online fund transfers are NOT allowed.

DON'T FORGET to take a screenshot of your payment and upload it to your iOES account to verify your payment.

For walk-in payments from different NEUST Satellite Campuses, please visit the cashier's office and present your student number, which can be found in your iOES account. Payments from different campuses will be automatically credited to your iOES account.

19. Maximum Number of Units per Semester

You can enroll in up to 12 units only. If you wish to apply for academic honors, the minimum number of units should be at least 6.

20. Payment or Account Balance Concern

If you have concerns regarding your payment and balances, please visit the NEUST Accounting Office or send a message to their email address: neustacc@gmail.com

21. iOES Account Concern

If you have concerns with your iOES portal account regarding accessibility, errors, or any unusual problems, please message the MIS office at: mishelpdesk@neust.edu.ph.

22. Completion for Incomplete Grades

Contact your professor where you received an INC grade.
Go to the Cashier and pay for the completion form.
Coordinate with your professor on how they can sign the completion form.
Have it signed by the Program Chair and the Graduate School Dean.
Submit the completion form to the GS Secretary.

23. Comprehensive Exam Grades Not Yet Posted

It will take 15 to 30 days to complete and release the results after the exam. The papers are distributed to two checkers per paper and undergo a plagiarism scan.

Once all scores are collected from the checkers, they will be computed, and the results will be sent to the examinees' email addresses. Only the result of 'PASS' or 'FAILED' will be posted in the portal and reflected in the Transcript of Records (TOR).

24. Enrollment Website is Always Loading and Cannot Be Accessed

Ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
Check for any announcements from NEUST or the NEUST Graduate School Facebook page regarding website maintenance or issues.
Check the remarks in your iOES portal. Sometimes, the OAR temporarily closes registration for certain periods. In such cases, please monitor the portal regularly to see when enrollment for the Graduate School is reopened.
A large volume of visitors may be accessing the website. Try visiting the site during the evening or early morning for better accessibility.
If you’ve tried the above steps and are still unable to enroll due to accessibility issues, you may email gs@ineust.ph.education. Please include a description of the problem and attach screenshots. We will investigate and, if we find that it’s a system error, we will request an extension of the enrollment period.
