McGillXR is a student-led organization that educates, innovates, and leads in extended reality (XR) technologies, including augmented, virtual, and mixed reality (AR, VR, and MR respectively).

1) We welcome all students who can attend the hackathon in person.

2) At least one member of each team must be affiliated with McGill University to qualify for prizes.
3) Participation in the event implies consent to being photographed and recorded in videos for promotional purposes.

Participants are invited to create interactive experiences that explore and educate on topics in neuroscience. Projects might involve innovative visualizations of biosignals, games supporting citizen science, or immersive 3-minute thesis animations, fostering a holistic approach to scientific understanding.

Participants in this challenge area will create innovative healthcare solutions to meet the pressing needs of our communities.
