NeuroLuma is a mobile game available for Android devices.

Bei Email solltest du noch deine öffentliche Support-/Entwickler-Mailadresse einsetzen. Anschließend in Google Sites oben rechts Publish → eine Webadresse festlegen → veröffentlichen. Diese öffentliche URL kommt dann in das Feld aus deinem Screenshot bei Privacy policy URL.
