We have written this privacy statement to help you understand your rights, our obligations and outline how data is treated when you interact with the SwingleSonic CALM app.

We’d like to summarize our approach to privacy in a few commitments to you:

1. Clearly express our privacy statement and keep it up to date.

2. Only collect information with your consent that is necessary to perform the functions and activities you have agreed to.

3. Make sure to implement practices, procedures and systems to comply with the Data Protection Act and carry out all processing operations in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (specifically but not limited to Article 6(1)(b) to (f) and Article 28).

4. Explain in plain language the type and mechanism of information collected.

5. Advise you of the purpose for which your information is collected, stored, used and disclosed.

6. Advise you on your rights to information access, rectification and deletion.

NEURODELVE is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy outlines the information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your privacy when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

User Identity: The Swingle Sonic CALM app does not collect any personally identifiable information such as first names, last names, email addresses, or phone numbers from its users. Instead, users are identified by a user ID chosen by them and by a secret code automatically generated at the registration.
Usage Information: We collect usage data related to the use of our application, including the date and time when a prescription is changed by a clinician, date and time of homework completion. This data is linked to the user's secret code and to the made-up username. It is not linked to any real name or email address.
Prescription Data: For users who have purchased a clinician license, the application has the capability of collecting prescription data for specific clients, identified by their secret code and by the made-up username. This data is not linked to any real names or email addresses inside the app.

How We Use Your Information

Personalization: We use the information we collect to personalize the user experience within the application, including tailoring sound stimulation and breathing rhythm exercises to suit individual needs and preferences.
Clinical Support: For clinicians, we use the collected data to facilitate the management and monitoring of patient prescriptions and progress.
Usage Analysis: We may analyze usage patterns and trends to improve the functionality and effectiveness of our application.

Sharing of Information

Clinician Access: Users who purchase a clinician license, may have access to prescription data and usage information, to facilitate client management and progress monitoring. This data is not linked to any real name or email address.
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the application and providing support services. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes specified by us.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third Party Services

As soon as you delete your account, it is completely deleted.

We do not maintain data from your session, only the date and time of homework completion, to appropriately show your progress in your training program.

The main purpose of any data stored is to provide you with accurate information to maximize the benefit of your use of the app. We don’t have ulterior motives and your information is not passed on to any unaccepted third parties. In fact, we don’t even know who you are.

The only sharing of data or your sessions that occurs is when you decide to send your homework summary to your clinician.

Everything starts and ends with your consent. We do not track you at all, so by registering and signing in, you are consenting that you will use the app for what we built it, to improve your ability to self-regulate, and have some semblance of progress. You have to know what you’re signing up to and we’re being very open about it. You have the right to Access, Modify and/or Delete your data. If you have any queries, requests or questions please email us at neurodelve@gmail.com. We are required to get back to you within 20-40 days. We believe that’s too long to wait for our users and will, accordingly, get back to you sooner than that.

In the event of a data breach or security vulnerability within the app, and if there is risk to your personal information, we will notify you. If you have questions about NeuroDelve or the use of your personal data we will be very happy to hear from you on neurodelve @gmail.com

We may disclose any information in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand; to investigate or report illegal activity; or to enforce our rights or defend claims. We may also transfer any customer information to another company in connection with a corporate restructuring, such as a sale or merger.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
