When you use Neuriv's AI generation features, including but not limited to Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video, we collect the content you voluntarily provide, such as:

- Other media files submitted for generation.
This information is processed solely to provide the AI generation services you request and create the generated content.
Account Identifiers (Guest ID & Email)
Guest ID
We may generate a temporary Guest ID to provide access to certain features without requiring account registration.

If you choose to register an account, restore purchases, or synchronize your generation history across devices, we may collect your email address.

- Associate purchased Credits with your account;
- Restore account access;
- Maintain your generation history;
- Provide customer support.

To maintain service security, stability, and performance, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Device manufacturer and model;

- Device identifiers where permitted;

Payment Information

- Google Play Billing;

Neuriv does not collect, access, or store your complete payment card information.

2. Facial Processing and Visual Features
Certain AI generation features may process images containing human faces.
Non-Identity Visual Processing
When you upload images containing faces, Neuriv's AI systems may process visual facial features solely to generate the AI effects, animations, or visual content requested by you.
No Facial Recognition or Identity Identification
Neuriv does not use uploaded facial images or facial visual features to:
- Perform facial recognition;
- Identify individuals;
- Verify identity;
- Create biometric identification profiles;
- Track individuals across services.
Facial Data Retention
Facial visual information is processed only for the purpose of completing the requested generation task.
Neuriv does not create or maintain facial recognition databases or biometric profiles.
3. How We Use Your Information & AI Training Policy
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To process AI image and video generation requests;
- To create and deliver generated content;
- To manage accounts, Credits, and generated assets;
- To provide customer support;
- To improve service reliability, security, and performance;
- To detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activities;
- To comply with applicable legal requirements.
AI Model Training Policy
Neuriv does not use your uploaded content, generated outputs, or facial visual information to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve our proprietary AI models or third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
Your submitted content is used only to provide the AI generation services requested by you.
4. Storage and Sharing of Information
Data Retention
Generated Content
Your generated images and videos may be stored on our servers while your account remains active, allowing you to access and manage your generated content.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data according to the procedures described in this Privacy Policy.
Account Information
Your account information, including email address if provided, will be retained until:
- You request account deletion;
- Retention is required by applicable laws.
Third-Party Service Providers

You may reset your local Guest ID by:

Neuriv acts as the data controller for personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
