1. Introduction
Nexplay Studio ("we", "our", or "us") built the Neural Nexus app as a Free (Ad-supported) app. This SERVICE is provided by Nexplay Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
2. Camera Usage and AI Image Processing
Our application requests access to the Camera for the "Neural Vision" or "Scan" feature.
Purpose: The camera is used exclusively to capture images of real-world objects at the user's specific request to generate trivia questions based on said objects.
Data Processing: The captured images are transmitted securely to Google Gemini API (Artificial Intelligence) for temporary analysis.
No Retention: We DO NOT store, share, or sell your images. Images are processed in real-time to generate game content and are discarded immediately after the analysis is complete.
3. Location Data
The application may request access to your Approximate Location (Coarse Location).
Purpose: We use this data solely to enhance the gameplay experience by generating trivia questions relevant to your current geographical context (e.g., local history or geography).
Optional: This permission is optional. The game remains fully functional if the permission is denied.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements and keep the application free. Google AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and other device information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your preferences.
Google AdMob is a third-party service. We do not control the data collected by Google.

5. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way, except as described in this policy regarding third-party services.

6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
