The logo added to reports is based on the filename entered in the Company Logo (Pages) field on the Company Information page. You can display this page by going to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Company Information.

Never mind got it working. Cleared cache data again and logged out and when I logged in again the new one showed up. But can anyone explain what is this cache data and why do I need to clear it first to see the new logo?

Hello! I am genuinely stumped. I can't seem to replace the logo that is currently appearing on our customer invoices. I tried to replace it by editing the template by navigating to Customization - Forms - Advanced PDF/HTML Templates and editing our Print Template, but was unsuccessful. I then tried clicking on the Customize hyperlink on the Invoice itself, which brought me to "Custom Transaction Form". Here it did allow me to actually upload our new logo, but when I hit Save, our invoice wasn't actually updated with our new logo, the old still appears.
