PARTIES INVOLVED:
"NetOptix" (hereinafter "the application" or by its full name): is the registered trademark and name of the application and/or software owned by the commercial company GRUPO CASSIMMIT, S.R.L. available for download on mobile devices and for use on the web.
"USER": is the natural or legal person who downloads the application to his mobile phone or makes use of it on the web.
"REPRESENTATIVE": is a natural person who acts on behalf of a legal entity, that is, a company or company, who downloads and/or uses the NetOptix billing and business management system on the web.
"RESELLER": is the natural or legal person, authorized seller, who buys the use of the system and resells it, making it their own the customers or third parties who acquire the right of use for the agreed time, therefore, they must support and follow up on them, and they are responsible for the values perceived and no longer perceived for the concept of use of the system by third parties., without having a partnership with Grupo Cassimmit S.R.L., A reseller does not have any employment relationship with NetOptix or its parent company.
"ASSOCIATED": is the natural or legal person who resells the right to use the NetOptix accounting system, having the duty to report each customer or third person who buys the right to use the system to their parent company in exchange for an economic remuneration for each subscribed client.
Together, they may refer to or call the whole as: "THE PARTIES".
START OF TREATMENT:
The information is obtained directly by requesting the registration of the Users, Representatives, Associates, Associates and customers in general of NetOptix through the website or the mobile application and finally the account is configured, in all cases it is recorded on specialized servers, OVH SAS, which are located outside the territory of the Dominican Republic, and that have all the infrastructure to guarantee the security of the information. In the collection of information from Users, Representatives, Reselles, Associates and customers in general, it expresses the authorization to collect their personal data by NetOptix in accordance with the purposes established in this policy published on the website: kedasrd.com and in the respective application.
The information that will be stored in our database and that can only be accessed by these certain NetOptix managers, are the following: full name or business name, identity document or tax receipt number (RNC), telephone, cell phone, email, tax receipt number (NCF), city, province, country, postal code, gender, marital status, date of birth, nationality, occupation, spouse, shipping address, among others, this data is collected for the purpose of complying with the purpose of providing billing and customer services, and accounting records, as well as financial and metric reports, support of billing, sending advertising, surveys, information about updates and new functionalities of the software and its mobile application, by NetOptix
END OF TREATMENT:
Maintain a business relationship with the User, Representative, Reseller, Associate or Customer in general. RIGHTS THAT ASSIST THE USER:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.

Users, Representatives, Reselles, Associates and customer in general, understand that the misuse, exposure and / or sharing of the access credentials to the system and subsequent theft of data, or failures in the system for these reasons will be under their sole and exclusive responsibility, so they undertake to maintain strict confidentiality with them, and in case of suspicion of theft of these credentials or misuse, they must immediately inform NetOptix.
