1. Audio and Voice Data (Crucial Disclosure)
Chrome Extension: The Chrome Extension records audio locally from your device's microphone only when you click the recording toggle. This audio stream is transmitted securely via the native browser interface to Google's Speech-to-Text translation engine. We do not collect, intercept, log, or store your voice audio files or the transcribed Sinhala text on our servers.
Mobile App Framework: The mobile application records your audio snippets locally to generate text using cloud-based processing APIs (such as OpenAI Whisper). Audio payloads are routed securely and dynamically. No voice recordings are retained permanently by us.

Text / Transcripts: All transcribed text stays completely within your local browser storage or app container space until you manually clear it or uninstall the tool.
Technical Logs: Diagnostic metrics are kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil stability checks.
Security Measures: We take rigorous technical steps to ensure data routing channels are encrypted. However, no digital transmission channel over the internet is completely unhackable, and we cannot promise absolute hardware security.
Third-Party Services
Our text management layouts let you copy and export data natively onto external networks (such as Facebook, YouTube, or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the data processing or storage behaviours of those separate companies. We highly recommend reviewing their respective platform policies before pasting text scripts.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are completely safe for general audiences but are not intentionally tailored to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly harvest information from children. If you believe a child has accidentally shared account details with us, we will delete it instantly upon notification.
