Background

Established a robust Community of Practice (CoP) for Articulate 360 users, offering workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to bridge theory and action in learning and development. Emphasized psychological safety for idea sharing and collaboration.

Problem

• Lack of dedicated knowledge-sharing platforms.

• Skill gaps in mastering Articulate tools.

• Isolation among eLearning professionals.

• Scarcity of quality resources specific to Articulate tools.

Goals and Objectives

• Facilitate regular meetings and discussions among community members.

• Provide learning opportunities through webinars, tutorials, and resource sharing.

• Foster a collaborative environment for experience and solution sharing.

Project Planning

Scope Management: Defined the scope to include regular monthly meetings and an online repository of resources. Managed the scope to ensure all planned activities were executed effectively.

Timeline

• Initial setup and community outreach: 1 month

During this phase, I facilitated regular community meetings and discussions, organized and hosted monthly webinars on Articulate 360 topics, developed and maintained an online resource library, coordinated guest speakers and community events, managed communication through Microsoft Teams, and gathered and analyzed feedback to continuously improve community offerings.

Co-facilitating this community allowed me to enhance my skills in community management and professional learning facilitation. It was a rewarding experience that contributed to my professional development and broadened my network within the e-learning industry.
