Established a robust Community of Practice (CoP) for Articulate 360 users, offering workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to bridge theory and action in learning and development. Emphasized psychological safety for idea sharing and collaboration.

Scope Management: Defined the scope to include regular monthly meetings and an online repository of resources. Managed the scope to ensure all planned activities were executed effectively.
