本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、 [Hanachirusato]（以下「当方」といいます。）は、が提供するモバイルアプリ「値プロ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。
1. 適用
利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。
利用者が本アプリを利用した場合、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、利用者が所有するアイテムの価格、購入日、使用回数、タグ、使用履歴等を記録し、1回あたりのコストや目標達成状況を表示するためのライフスタイル・ユーティリティアプリです。
本アプリは、持ち物の価値を見直し、継続的な記録、整理、断捨離の検討を支援することを目的としています。
3. 利用許諾
当方は、利用者に対し、本アプリを個人的かつ非独占的に利用する、譲渡不能かつ再許諾不能の限定的な権利を付与します。
利用者は、本アプリを本規約および適用されるアプリストアの規約に従って利用するものとします。
4. アカウントについて
本アプリは、現行バージョンにおいて、アカウント登録またはログインを必要としません。
会員機能は、Apple の In-App Purchase によるサブスクリプション状態に基づいて提供されます。
5. 無料機能
利用者は、無料で本アプリの基本機能を利用できます。
無料機能には、アイテム登録、使用回数の記録、コスト計算、検索、タグ、基本的なウィジェット、表示設定、JSONバックアップ等が含まれる場合があります。
無料機能の内容、利用可能数、制限は、アプリ内で表示される内容に従います。
6. 会員機能
本アプリでは、月額100円の自動更新サブスクリプションとして会員機能を提供します。
会員機能には、以下の機能が含まれます。
・アイテム管理数の拡張
・追加または強化されたウィジェット機能
・使用状況をより詳しく確認するための機能
・断捨離リマインダー機能
・その他、アプリ内で会員向けとして表示される機能
会員機能の具体的な内容は、アプリのバージョン、提供地域、運営上の都合等により変更される場合があります。ただし、変更を行う場合は、適用法令およびアプリストアの規約に従って対応します。
7. サブスクリプション
会員機能は、自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供されます。
サブスクリプション名、価格、期間、更新条件、無料トライアルまたはキャンペーンの有無は、アプリ内の購入画面および App Store 上に表示される内容に従います。
現在の標準価格は月額100円です。ただし、実際の価格は、App Store の表示価格、税金、地域、為替、Apple の価格設定等により異なる場合があります。
サブスクリプションは、利用者が解約するまで自動的に更新されます。解約は、利用者自身が Apple ID のサブスクリプション管理画面から行う必要があります。
アプリを削除しただけでは、サブスクリプションは解約されません。
8. 決済および返金
サブスクリプションの購入、決済、更新、請求、解約、返金は、Apple の In-App Purchase および App Store の規約・手続に従って処理されます。
当方は、決済情報を直接取得せず、返金処理を直接行うものではありません。返金に関する手続は、Apple の定める方法に従って行ってください。
9. 購入の復元
利用者は、同一のApple IDで購入したサブスクリプションについて、アプリ内の購入復元機能を利用できる場合があります。
購入復元の可否は、Appleの購入情報、利用者のApple ID、通信環境、App Storeの状態等により異なる場合があります。
10. 通知機能
本アプリは、断捨離リマインダーや自動更新に関する案内のために通知機能を提供します。
通知は、利用者が端末上で通知を許可した場合のみ有効になります。利用者は、いつでも端末設定またはアプリ内設定から通知を停止できます。
11. データ管理およびバックアップ
本アプリのデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
利用者は、端末の故障、紛失、OSの仕様変更、アプリの削除、誤操作等によりデータが失われる可能性があることを理解し、必要に応じて自らバックアップを行うものとします。
利用者がエクスポートしたJSONバックアップファイルの管理は、利用者自身の責任で行うものとします。
12. 計算結果および表示内容について
本アプリが表示する1回あたりのコスト、目標達成状況、未使用期間、断捨離リマインダー等は、利用者が入力した情報および本アプリの計算ロジックに基づく参考情報です。
本アプリは、会計、税務、投資、金融、法律その他の専門的助言を提供するものではありません。
通貨記号の設定は表示上の設定であり、為替換算、送金、決済、投資、金融取引その他の金融サービスを提供するものではありません。
13. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
・法令または公序良俗に反する行為
・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
・本アプリまたは関連資料を無断で複製、改変、再配布する行為
・本アプリの不具合、脆弱性または制限を不正な目的で利用する行為
・法令により認められる場合を除き、本アプリをリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルする行為
・他者の権利または利益を侵害する行為
・その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為
14. 免責
当方は、本アプリがすべての端末、OSバージョン、利用環境で完全に動作することを保証しません。
ウィジェット、通知、自動更新、購入復元、バックアップ、インポート、エクスポート等の機能は、OS、App Store、端末設定、通信環境その他の事情により、意図したとおりに動作しない場合があります。
当方は、利用者の入力内容、計算結果、データ消失、バックアップファイルの管理、通知の未達、機会損失、本アプリの利用または利用不能に関連して生じた損害について、適用法令上認められる範囲で責任を負わないものとします。
15. 本アプリの変更・停止・終了
当方は、必要に応じて、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、追加、停止または終了することがあります。
16. 本規約の変更
当方は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更、運営上の必要その他の事情により、本規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または当方が適切と判断する方法で通知または公表した時点から効力を生じます。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the mobile application “Nepro” (the “App”) provided by [Hanachirusato] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance
Users must agree to these Terms before using the App.
By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Description of the App
The App is a lifestyle utility app that allows users to record information about their belongings, including price, purchase date, usage count, tags, and usage history, and to display cost per use and target progress.
The App is intended to help users review the value of their belongings and support ongoing tracking, organization, and decluttering decisions.
3. License
We grant users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the App.
Users must use the App in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
4. Accounts
In the current version, the App does not require account registration or login.
Membership features are provided based on subscription status through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
5. Free features
Users may use the basic features of the App for free.
Free features may include item registration, usage recording, cost calculation, search, tags, basic widgets, display settings, and JSON backup.
The details, limits, and availability of free features are as displayed within the App.
6. Membership features
The App offers paid membership as an auto-renewable subscription for JPY 100 per month.
Membership features include:
- Expanded item management
- Additional or enhanced widget functionality
- Features for reviewing usage status in more detail
- Decluttering reminders
- Other features displayed within the App as member-only features
The specific content of membership features may change depending on the app version, region, or operational needs. Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and app store rules.
7. Subscription
Membership is provided as an auto-renewable subscription.
The subscription name, price, duration, renewal terms, and availability of any free trial or campaign are as displayed on the purchase screen within the App and on the App Store.
The current standard price is JPY 100 per month. However, the actual price may vary depending on the App Store display price, taxes, region, exchange rates, and Apple’s pricing settings.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled by the user. Users must cancel the subscription through the Apple ID subscription management screen.
Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
8. Payments and refunds
Purchases, payments, renewals, billing, cancellations, and refunds for subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and according to App Store terms and procedures.
We do not directly collect payment information and do not directly process refunds. Refund requests must be made through the method specified by Apple.
9. Restore purchases
Users may be able to restore subscriptions purchased with the same Apple ID by using the restore purchase feature within the App.
Purchase restoration may depend on Apple purchase records, the user’s Apple ID, network conditions, App Store availability, and other factors.
10. Notifications
The App provides notification features for decluttering reminders and auto-update related notices.
Notifications are enabled only when the user grants notification permission on the device. Users may disable notifications at any time through device settings or App settings.
11. Data management and backup
App data is generally stored locally on the user’s device.
Users understand that data may be lost due to device failure, loss, OS behavior, deletion of the App, user error, or other circumstances, and users are responsible for making backups as needed.
Users are responsible for managing any JSON backup files exported from the App.
12. Calculation results and displayed information
Cost per use, target progress, unused periods, decluttering reminders, and other information displayed by the App are reference information based on user input and the App’s calculation logic.
The App does not provide accounting, tax, investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
Currency symbol settings are for display purposes only. The App does not provide currency exchange, remittance, payment, investment, financial transaction, or other financial services.
13. Prohibited conduct
Users must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the App or related materials without authorization
- Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or limitations of the App for improper purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law
- Infringe the rights or interests of others
- Engage in any other conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate
14. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the App will operate perfectly on all devices, OS versions, or user environments.
Features such as widgets, notifications, auto-update, purchase restoration, backup, import, and export may not work as intended depending on the OS, App Store, device settings, network conditions, or other circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from user input, calculation results, data loss, backup file management, missed notifications, lost opportunities, or the use or inability to use the App.
15. Changes, suspension, or termination of the App
We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App as needed.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms due to legal changes, feature changes, operational needs, or other circumstances.
Revised Terms become effective when announced within the App or by another method we consider appropriate.
