[Hanachirusato]（以下「当方」といいます。）は、モバイルアプリ「値プロ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、利用者が所有するアイテムの使用回数を記録し、1回あたりのコスト、使用履歴、目標達成状況、未使用アイテムの見直し等を支援するライフスタイル・ユーティリティアプリです。

2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取り扱います。

(1) 利用者が入力する情報

・アイテム名

・価格

・購入日

・使用回数

・使用履歴

・使用単位

・目標回数

・タグ

・メモその他、利用者が任意で入力する情報

(2) アプリ内設定に関する情報

・表示言語

・通貨記号

・テーマ設定

・ウィジェット設定

・デイリーユースモードの設定

・自動更新時刻

・断捨離リマインダーの設定

・通知設定に関する情報

(3) 会員機能に関する情報

・会員状態

・サブスクリプションの商品識別子

・購入状態、更新状態、復元状態等、会員機能を提供するために必要な情報

なお、購入・決済処理は Apple の In-App Purchase を通じて行われます。当方は、利用者のクレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報、Apple ID のパスワード等の決済情報を取得しません。

3. 取得しない情報

本アプリは、現行バージョンにおいて、以下の情報を取得しません。

・氏名

・メールアドレス

・電話番号

・位置情報

・連絡先

・写真ライブラリ

・カメラ

・マイク

・閲覧履歴

・広告識別子

・ユーザー投稿コンテンツ

・SNSアカウント情報

ただし、今後ログイン機能、クラウド同期機能、分析機能等を追加する場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、必要な範囲で利用者に通知します。

4. 情報の保存場所

本アプリで利用者が入力したアイテム情報、使用履歴、タグ、設定情報等は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。

当方は、現行バージョンにおいて、アイテム情報、価格、使用履歴、タグ等を当方のサーバーへ送信しません。

5. 情報の利用目的

当方は、本アプリで取り扱う情報を以下の目的で利用します。

・アイテムの登録、編集、削除

・アイテム検索およびタグによる整理

・1回あたりのコストの計算および表示

・使用回数および使用履歴の表示

・目標達成状況の表示

・ホーム画面ウィジェットによる使用回数記録

・デイリーユースモードおよび自動更新機能の提供

・断捨離リマインダーの提供

・言語、通貨記号、テーマ等の表示設定の反映

・JSONバックアップ、インポート、エクスポート機能の提供

・会員機能の提供、購入状態の確認、購入の復元

・不具合対応およびユーザーサポート

6. 通知について

本アプリは、断捨離リマインダーや自動更新に関する案内のために通知を使用する場合があります。

通知は、利用者がOS上で通知を許可した場合のみ有効になります。利用者は、端末の設定または本アプリ内の設定から、通知の許可または停止を変更できます。

本アプリは、通知機能を利用して位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク等へアクセスすることはありません。

7. 会員機能およびサブスクリプションについて

本アプリでは、月額100円の自動更新サブスクリプションとして会員機能を提供します。

会員機能には、アイテム管理数の拡張、追加ウィジェット機能、断捨離リマインダーその他アプリ内で表示される会員向け機能が含まれます。

サブスクリプションの購入、更新、解約、返金等は、Apple の規約および App Store の手続に従って処理されます。当方は、決済処理そのものを直接行いません。

8. 第三者提供および外部サービス

本アプリは、現行バージョンにおいて、広告SDK、分析SDK、第三者トラッキングSDKを使用していません。

会員機能の購入および管理には、Apple の In-App Purchase が使用されます。Apple による情報の取扱いについては、Apple のプライバシーポリシーおよび関連規約をご確認ください。

また、利用者がJSONエクスポート機能を利用し、バックアップファイルをクラウドストレージ、メール、メッセージアプリ等へ共有した場合、その共有は利用者自身の操作に基づいて行われます。共有先サービスにおける情報の取扱いは、各サービス提供者のポリシーに従います。

9. ファイルの取扱い

本アプリは、バックアップのインポートおよびエクスポートのために、利用者が選択したファイルまたは保存先のみを取り扱います。

本アプリは、利用者が選択していないファイルを継続的または包括的に取得することを目的としていません。

10. データの削除

利用者は、本アプリ内で登録済みアイテムを削除することにより、当該アイテムに関連するデータを削除できます。

また、本アプリを端末から削除することで、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータが削除される場合があります。

利用者が外部へ保存または共有したJSONバックアップファイルについては、保存先または共有先で別途削除する必要があります。

会員機能の解約は、App Store のサブスクリプション管理画面から行う必要があります。アプリ内データの削除とサブスクリプションの解約は別の手続です。

11. データの保持期間

本アプリのデータは、利用者が削除するまで端末内に保持されます。

当方がサーバー上でアイテム情報や使用履歴を保持していない場合、当方側で当該データを削除することはできません。

12. セキュリティ

当方は、本アプリの設計上、利用者情報をできる限り端末内で完結させることにより、外部送信を最小限に抑えています。

ただし、端末の紛失、故障、OSの仕様変更、利用者の誤操作、外部へ共有したバックアップファイルの管理不備等により、データが失われる可能性があります。利用者は、必要に応じて自身の責任でバックアップを行ってください。

13. 未成年者による利用

未成年の方が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者または法定代理人の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

本アプリは、子ども向けアプリとして提供されるものではありません。

14. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、法令の改正、本アプリの機能変更、利用する外部サービスの変更その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。

変更後の内容は、本アプリ内または当方が適切と判断する方法で通知または公表します。

[Hanachirusato] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the mobile application “Nepro” (the “App”).

1. About the App

The App is a lifestyle utility app that helps users record how often they use their belongings and visualize cost per use, usage history, target progress, and items that may be worth reviewing after a long period of non-use.

2. Information handled by the App

The App handles the following information.

(1) Information entered by the user

- Item name

- Price

- Purchase date

- Usage count

- Usage history

- Usage unit

- Target usage count

- Tags

- Notes and other information optionally entered by the user

(2) App settings

- Display language

- Currency symbol

- Theme settings

- Widget settings

- Daily use mode settings

- Custom auto-update time

- Decluttering reminder settings

- Notification-related settings

(3) Subscription-related information

- Membership status

- Subscription product identifier

- Purchase status, renewal status, restoration status, and other information necessary to provide paid membership features

Purchases and payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not collect users’ credit card numbers, bank account information, Apple ID passwords, or other payment credentials.

3. Information not collected

In the current version, the App does not collect the following information:

- Name

- Email address

- Phone number

- Location data

- Contacts

- Photo library

- Camera

- Microphone

- Browsing history

- Advertising identifiers

- User-generated public content

- Social media account information

If we add login, cloud sync, analytics, or similar features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users where required.

4. Where information is stored

Item data, usage history, tags, and settings entered by users are generally stored locally on the user’s device.

In the current version, we do not send item information, prices, usage history, tags, or similar user-entered data to our servers.

5. Purposes of use

We use information handled by the App for the following purposes:

- Registering, editing, and deleting items

- Searching items and organizing them by tags

- Calculating and displaying cost per use

- Displaying usage counts and usage history

- Displaying target progress

- Recording usage through Home Screen widgets

- Providing daily use mode and custom auto-update features

- Providing decluttering reminders

- Applying display settings such as language, currency symbol, and theme

- Providing JSON backup, import, and export features

- Providing paid membership features, checking purchase status, and restoring purchases

- Handling bugs and providing user support

6. Notifications

The App may use notifications for decluttering reminders and auto-update related notices.

Notifications are enabled only when the user grants notification permission through the operating system. Users can enable or disable notifications from the device settings or within the App.

The App does not use notifications to access location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or similar sensitive data.

7. Membership and subscription

The App offers paid membership as an auto-renewable subscription for JPY 100 per month.

Membership features include expanded item management, additional widget functionality, decluttering reminders, and other member-only features displayed within the App.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s terms and App Store procedures. We do not directly process payments.

8. Third-party sharing and external services

In the current version, the App does not use ad SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Apple’s In-App Purchase system is used to purchase and manage membership. Please refer to Apple’s privacy policy and applicable terms for how Apple handles information.

If a user exports a JSON backup file and shares it with cloud storage, email, messaging apps, or other external services, that sharing is initiated by the user. The handling of data by the destination service is governed by that service provider’s own policies.

9. File handling

For backup import and export, the App handles only the file or destination explicitly selected by the user.

The App is not intended to continuously or broadly access files that the user has not selected.

10. Data deletion

Users can delete related data by deleting registered items within the App.

Users may also remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from their device.

If a user has exported or shared JSON backup files outside the App, those files must be deleted separately from the destination where they were saved or shared.

Cancelling membership must be done through the App Store subscription management screen. Deleting App data and cancelling a subscription are separate procedures.

11. Data retention

App data remains stored locally on the user’s device until the user deletes it.

If we do not store item information or usage history on our servers, we cannot delete such data from our side.

12. Security

By design, the App minimizes external transmission of user information by keeping data on the device whenever possible.

However, data may be lost due to device loss, device failure, OS behavior, user error, or improper management of exported backup files. Users are responsible for making backups as needed.

13. Use by minors

If a minor uses the App, parental or legal guardian consent should be obtained where required.

The App is not provided as an app directed to children.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed due to legal changes, feature changes, changes to external services, or other operational reasons.

Updated content will be announced within the App or by another method we consider appropriate.
