My name is Luca, I’m the young man behind this hobby. Maybe you know me from Instagram (Nepenthes_grower) or from the GFP forum – or perhaps you’ve even met me in person!

I’m 20 years old and currently studying History at the University of Luxembourg. Besides that, I take care of an 18m² greenhouse with many different Nepenthes and companion plants.

I actually use every free minute for my hobby, whether it's repotting Dionaea, pollinating Nepenthes, or visiting locations—there’s always something to do. Besides carnivorous plants, I’m also very interested in other plants like rhododendrons, Aeschynanthus, ferns, and more.

My goal for the coming years is definitely to see Nepenthes in their natural habitat, and I think that might be possible as early as next year!
