No user data is saved or stored by the app beyond the active session or after submission to the Nepal Department of Transport Management (DoTM). We collect the following information temporarily to facilitate the driving license application process. No data is saved or stored after the session ends or the application is submitted.
User-Provided Data: When you use the app, you may provide:

Date of birth
Gender
Citizenship or passport number

Permanent and temporary address (province, district, municipality, ward, tole)
Uploaded documents (citizenship/passport, passport-size photo, signature)
Purpose: This data is collected temporarily to process your driving license application and submit it to the Nepal DoTM. All data is cleared when you exit the app or complete the submission.
Retention: No personal information is stored on our servers or your device after the session ends.
App Interactions: We may collect anonymized data on how you interact with the app (e.g., form navigation, button clicks) to improve functionality. This data is not stored beyond the session.
Device Information: We may collect temporary device details (e.g., device type, operating system, unique device identifiers) for analytics and ad serving during the session.
Crash Reports: Anonymized data about app crashes or errors may be collected temporarily to enhance stability, but it is not stored.
We use Google AdMob to display ads in the app. AdMob may collect:
Anonymized device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
IP address
General location data (not precise GPS)
Purpose: This data is used by AdMob to serve personalized or non-personalized ads during your app session, as per your device settings.
Retention: We do not store ad-related data. AdMob’s data practices are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Process Applications: Facilitate your driving license application, including OTP verification and document submission to the DoTM.
Send Notifications: Deliver OTP codes via in-app or local device notifications during the session.

Nepal DoTM: Your application data (e.g., name, documents) is submitted directly to the DoTM as part of the license application process. We do not retain this data.
