ByteMaity ("we," "us," or "our") built the Neon Jump app (the "App") as a free, ad-supported game. The App may also offer optional in-app purchases.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the third-party services used by the App.

Information We Collect and Use

Neon Jump does not require users to create a traditional account using an email address or password.

However, certain information may be collected and stored in order to provide game features such as the online leaderboard.

Leaderboard and Game Data

When you use the leaderboard or related online features, the App may collect and store information such as:

• Player display name or nickname

• Game scores

• Game level or progress associated with leaderboard entries

• Gameplay statistics used by the leaderboard

• A Firebase-generated anonymous user identifier or other app-generated identifier

This information is transmitted from your device and stored using Google Firebase services.

Leaderboard information, including your chosen display name and score, may be visible to other players within the App.

We use this information to operate the leaderboard, associate scores with players, maintain game functionality, prevent misuse, and improve the gameplay experience.

Users should avoid using personally identifying information, such as their full legal name, email address, phone number, or address, as their leaderboard display name.

Firebase

Neon Jump uses Google Firebase services to provide backend functionality, which may include Firebase Authentication and Firebase database services such as Cloud Firestore or Firebase Realtime Database.

Firebase may process information such as:

• Anonymous user identifiers

• Leaderboard and gameplay data

• Technical information necessary to provide and secure Firebase services

Firebase processes this information according to Google's privacy practices.

Advertising

Neon Jump uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Google AdMob may collect or process information including:

• Device information, such as device model and operating system version

• Advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID where available

• IP address

• Advertising interactions, including ad impressions and clicks

• Approximate location derived from information such as IP address

• App and device interaction information

This information may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes according to Google's policies.

In-App Purchases

Neon Jump may offer optional in-app purchases, such as an option to remove advertisements.

Purchases made through the Android version of the App are processed using Google Play's billing services.

We do not directly receive or store your full payment card or banking information. Google may process payment, transaction, account, and device information as necessary to complete purchases according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

The App may receive and store information necessary to determine whether a purchase has been successfully completed or whether purchased functionality should be enabled.

Local Data Storage

Some information may be stored locally on your device, including:

• Game progress

• High scores

• Game settings

• User preferences

Information stored solely locally remains on your device unless a particular feature, such as the online leaderboard, requires it to be transmitted to Firebase.

Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the App, including Google services such as Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play Billing.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and according to the services they provide to us.

Certain leaderboard information, such as a player's chosen display name and score, may be displayed publicly or to other users of Neon Jump as part of the leaderboard feature.

Data Retention and Deletion

Leaderboard and related Firebase data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the leaderboard, maintain game functionality, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

If a feature for deleting leaderboard data is available within the App, users may use that feature to request deletion of eligible data.

Users may also contact us to request deletion of eligible data associated with their player account or identifier.

Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.

Children's Privacy

Neon Jump is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The App may include third-party advertising services. Advertising behavior may vary depending on applicable laws, the user's region, age-related settings, and the configuration of our advertising services.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the App.

Information transmitted between the App and third-party services such as Firebase is transmitted using secure connections supported by those services.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
