Neon Draw respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Neon Draw mobile application (“the App”).

Neon Draw does not require users to create an account and does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
The App may access the following only for core functionality:
Photos or media files (to allow drawing on images and saving artworks)
Device storage (to save images and videos created by the user)
All drawings, images, and videos are stored locally on the user’s device unless the user chooses to share them.
2. How We Use Information
Any accessed data is used solely to:
Enable drawing, editing, and saving artworks
Export images or time-lapse videos
Share content through user-initiated actions
Neon Draw does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (such as analytics or advertising SDKs) that may collect limited, non-personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services are used to improve app performance and user experience.
Neon Draw has no control over how third-party services handle data.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Children’s Privacy
Neon Draw is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. User Control
Users can:
Delete their artworks at any time from their device
Control storage and media permissions through device settings
Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
