As we all know official support for Shadowrun 5e is over. Shadowrun 6e is the latest edition. But that doesn't mean we as the community will just let it go. I'm happy to announce the play test release of the Neon Anarchist Cookbook, an unofficial Shadowrun 5e non-profit, non-commercial, free to share, fan book made by the members of r/NeonAnarchy The book has over 40 pages of homebrewed content such as new Augmentations, Gear Weapons, Adept Powers, Spells, Metamagics, Traditions, new Mentor Spirits, Echoes, Martial Arts, Qualities and new Shapeshifters. The book is compatible with 5e Rules As Written.

The plan is to do 1-2 months of play test to tweak the game balance before final release. The final release will hopefully have more balanced game mechanics as well as other additions like flavor fiction. The reason why I'm sharing this here is because I welcome anyone on this community to play test this fan work in their respective home games. I'll be happy to receive any feedback from your experience should you decide to try it out at your table. As the the title says I'm trying to play Brawlhalla on the Linux Distro KDE Neon. I've downloaded steam and installed the game and I've changed the setting in steam so that other titles can be run with Proton-xx but the game never launches completely when I go to open it. For about 10 seconds the game can be seen trying to open from either Lutris or Steam itself (I've tried mroe than one way) but it quits it seems before even opening.

Starting from December 15th Blockade Games will release an early version of their cyberpunk role playing game Neon District to key and trophy holders. This early version allows players to challenge each other in turn-based combat, or battle against the computer in a practice match. A public version of the battle mode will be released at a later date.

Neon District is a turn-based role playing game that uses cards as combat mechanics. The developers have been working for three years on the game, which has resulted in tens of thousands of designs for weapons, armors, characters and locations. Gameplay mixes role playing mechanics with trading cards, introducing different character and weapon classes alongside more than 400 different cards. Blockade Games has made the game to be completely free-to-play.

In their official weblog the development team also announced a limited edition Death Knight sword and a discount for the in-game currency NEON. In addition they announced that they will add a passive PVP mode to the game in January 2021. In Neon Pizza players can earn NEON by delivering pizza or ambushing pizza delivery agents. Players will need to tactically position their team in order to beat their opponent. D

During Spring 2021 Neon District will introduce its campaigns and missions. This traditional singleplayer experience was the original vision for the game. Completing missions will earn players NEON as well.

Neon District is a cyberpunk-themed turn based role playing game. The story-driven game takes place in a dystopian future. Player are part of a rebellion fighting an authoritarian regime. Players get to level up their characters by doing missions, while they have a chance of obtaining better gear as well.

The minimal line is our version of the traditional mahjong tile sets. We gave the artwork a mid-century modern design so that beginners and seasoned players alike will enjoy the simplicity. As with previous installments of the series, the player takes control of martial artists Billy Lee (Player 1) and Jimmy Lee (Player 2) in their fight to rescue Marian from the Shadow Warriors gang, this time led by the super-lich Skullmageddon. By collecting multiple copies of a tape, its effect gradually increases until it reaches a maximum capacity. Each tape's maximum capacity can be increased further by visiting a Tapesmith and paying him Mythril, which is obtained from defeated bosses.

In a two-player game, both Billy and Jimmy can utilize a special "high-five" technique to split and share their life meters to an equal amount, "psych" the other one out to harm them or make them fall over, or to instantly trigger a Gleam effect. If one player is defeated in battle, the other player has a limited time to revive them before a life is deducted (unless both players are defeated together). When one player is completely out of lives, they can steal one from the other player if they has at least two left.

Neon White features a group known as Neons, sinners taken from Hell in an annual competition to clean up demons in Heaven for a chance to stay there. Neons are required to wear masks that explode if they disobey orders or break the rules given to them. Each of the hundred Neons in the competition contend against each other for the position of top Neon.[9] The player takes the role of the titular Neon White, an assassin who is competing for the first time.[10] White receives daily missions from the angel Mikey, and meets up with old crewmates of his, all while dealing with amnesia that prevents him from recalling his past life.

The game is composed of several missions, each made up of multiple levels. To complete a level, the player must defeat all the demons present and reach a goal, which additionally grants the player experience which can unlock the ability to see alternate routes and hidden items in levels. The player traverses the level by running and jumping, collecting Soul Cards lying about in the open or obtained from defeating demons. Soul Cards can be used as weapons with each card having a standard firing mode and an alternate special ability that is activated by discarding it. As an example, the handgun card can be discarded to perform a double jump. The player can die if they take too much damage from demons or fall off the map, requiring them to restart the level.
